2023 Plan

Health and safety 

In our 2023 maintenance plan for Greystoke Lodge, our primary focus has been on enhancing the health and safety of the building. We are pleased to report that several tasks in this regard have already been completed.

• Undertake Drone Survey for closer inspection of roof/high-level areas
• Replace missing timber fence panel
• Undertake new Fire Risk Assessment
• Provide high-contrast paint detailing to the edge of external steps
• Renew grip tape to marble entry steps

It’s worth noting that we are also considering upgrading flat doors to fire doors for enhanced safety, and we will discuss payment plan options for this upgrade at our upcoming AGM.
